🃏 Speak & Learn — Refund Policy

Speak & Learn offers a large free tier (5 new phrases every day, forever) so you can fully try the product before paying. Paid Full access is an optional, one-time purchase for a fixed period (1 or 6 months). It does not renew automatically — you are never charged again unless you choose to buy again.

How to request a refund

Write to help@speak-and-learn.com from the email or with the Telegram username you used, within 30 days of purchase. Please include the approximate purchase date. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

How refunds are issued

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider (Stripe).
• Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Once refunded, related Full-access time is removed; the free tier remains available.

EU right of withdrawal

For consumers in the EU: digital content is supplied immediately upon purchase. By completing checkout you agree that access begins at once and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may no longer apply once access has started. Our 30-day guarantee above is more generous and applies regardless.

Physical deck

Physical card decks are made and shipped per order. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
