Your right to withdraw from the contract and get your money back. Version dated November 1, 2026.
The first lesson is free. You do not pay anything until you have tried it.
Once you have paid, you have 14 days to change your mind. This is your right under EU law, and it applies even if you have already started the lessons.
We refund the full amount — exactly what you paid. No deductions for lessons you have done, no questions asked, and no explanation needed.
After 14 days, the legal right to withdraw ends. You still have our own guarantee: if you complete the whole month, do everything we ask and hear no difference, we open the month again for free.
The 14 days are counted from the day we opened your access. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the deadline moves to the next business day.
The whole amount you paid — €29 or €49, depending on the price you paid. We deduct nothing.
Under EU rules, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the lessons you have already taken. We have chosen not to: counting cents over three lessons is not worth the trouble for either of us.
The only condition is that you withdraw within the 14 days.

We confirm by email right away that we have received your withdrawal. If you do not get a confirmation within 24 hours, your message has not reached us — please write again.

You do not have to use this form — an email in your own words is enough.
We refund you within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We do not charge any fee for the refund.
After that, the money goes through the banks, and that part is out of our hands: it usually arrives within five business days, sometimes longer. If two weeks have passed since our confirmation and you still have not received it, write to us and we will send you proof of the refund to show your bank.
Once you withdraw, your access to the lessons closes and we take you out of the Telegram group. Your voice recordings are deleted — details are in the Privacy Policy.
This is a separate promise that goes beyond what the law requires. It is not a refund: instead, we open the same month again, free — the same thirty lessons, from the beginning.
If you complete the whole month, do everything we ask and still cannot hear any difference in your own speech, we open the same month again for free. We look at every case personally: together with a teacher, we listen to your recordings and look for what did not work.
The conditions: at least 25 of the 30 lessons completed; on at least 25 of the 30 days, you asked two questions by voice message in the group on that day’s topic and answered two questions from other learners; both “point A” and “point B” recorded; and your request sent within 10 days of your last lesson.
