The contract for access to the Speak & Learn trainer. Version dated November 1, 2026.
You pay once (€29 for the first 30 buyers, then €49) and get 30 lessons, a place in the Telegram group, and a teacher’s review of two recordings of your own voice. Your access lasts 45 days. Nothing renews automatically, so you will never be charged again unless you choose to buy more. The first lesson is free, and you do not need to pay anything before it. If you change your mind within the first 14 days, we refund the full amount you paid — no questions asked and no deductions. If you want another month, you pay for it through a link we will send you.

Speak & Learn is the trading name of Orange Leopold Ltd. From here on, “we” means the company and “you” means the person buying access. We sell as a business and you buy as a consumer, for your own personal use, so EU consumer protection law applies to this contract.

Access to the Speak & Learn spoken-Russian trainer (the “trainer”) for 30 lessons. Your access includes:
This is a digital service: we give you access to software and to real people; we do not sell you files to own. Lessons cannot be downloaded, and they do not stay with you once your access ends.
The first lesson is free and available before you pay anything. You decide whether to pay after trying it.
We do not promise you a particular level of Russian by the end of the month, and we do not issue certificates. What we promise is what happens every day: you hear natural spoken Russian, you choose an answer, you say it out loud yourself, and you get a response to what you said.
The contract is made at the moment your payment goes through. The language of the contract is English.
€49 for 30 lessons. That is the full price, all taxes included. There is nothing else to pay.
The first 30 buyers pay €29. This is a bonus for being among the first, not a discount from an earlier price: we have not sold it at €49 for even a single day.
The number of €29 places left is shown on the payment screen. Our server counts it automatically from completed payments — nobody sets the number by hand or makes it up. Once these places are gone, the price becomes €49 for everyone.
The button always shows the exact amount that will be charged. If the last place goes while you are on the payment screen, you are not charged: we show you the new price, and nothing happens until you press the button again.
Continuing after your 30 lessons is a separate, optional purchase. Its price and content are announced separately, and it never starts automatically.
Access opens the moment you pay and runs for 45 days. You need to complete the 30 lessons within that time; the extra 15 days allow for weekends, illness and travel.
Missing a day costs you nothing: you pick up at the lesson where you left off.
If your 45 days run out and you still have lessons left:
There is no password. After you pay, you receive an email with a link: that link is how you log in. The link is personal: you may not share it with anyone or let anyone else use it.
If the email does not arrive or you lose it, write to help@speak-and-learn.com and we will send you a new link.
If we see that one link is being used by more than one person, we will warn you first. If it happens again, we will close your access without a refund.
We are not responsible if your internet connection fails, your microphone is broken or your phone is too old. You can check all of this during the free first lesson — that is what it is for.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day we opened your access. You do not have to give a reason.
We refund the full amount you paid — €29 or €49 — even if you have already done some of the lessons. Under EU rules, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you have used, but we have chosen not to.

This is a voluntary promise that goes beyond what the law requires. It does not cancel or limit your 14-day right to withdraw.
If you have genuinely done your part and still cannot hear any difference in your own speech, we open the same month again, free — the same 30 lessons, from the beginning. We look at every case personally: together with a teacher, we listen to your recordings and look for what did not work. The conditions:
Lessons and messages are counted automatically, so there is nothing for you to prove and no screenshots to send.
In the group and in any messages, you may not insult people, promote your own products or services, send spam, publish other people’s personal data, share other people’s voice recordings outside the group, or start any conversation about politics, religion, war or cruelty to animals.
For a first breach, we give you a warning. For a second, we remove you from the group and close your access to the lessons, with no refund. For insults, bullying, any conversation about politics, religion, war or cruelty to animals, or publishing someone else’s voice recordings, we close your access immediately, without warning.
All materials in the trainer — recordings, lesson texts and reviews — belong to us. You may not copy them, reuse them in your own courses, or make them publicly available.
The lessons work by having you speak out loud and record yourself. What we do with those recordings, and how long we keep them, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
In short: “point A” and “point B” are uploaded to our server, because a teacher reviews them. Every other recording stays in your phone’s memory and never reaches us. You can download your recordings at any time using a button in the trainer. We do not use your recordings in advertising: that would require your separate written consent, which we would ask you for separately if we ever wanted to.
Short technical interruptions can happen. If the trainer is unavailable for more than 24 hours in a row, we extend your access by the same number of days, without you having to ask.
If something goes wrong through our fault, our liability is limited to the amount you paid, and never more than €49. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
Write to help@speak-and-learn.com. We reply within one business day and deal with your complaint within 14 days at most.
If we cannot agree, you can take the matter to a consumer protection authority.
This contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. This does not deprive you of the protection given by the law of the country where you live: its mandatory rules still apply, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
We may change these terms for future purchases. Access you have already paid for is governed by the version that applied on the day you paid — a copy is in your confirmation email.
