What this site remembers in your browser. Version dated November 1, 2026.
Without your consent, we only set what the site needs in order to work.
Our visit counter uses no cookies: it does not recognize you and sends nothing to anyone else.
Advertising switches on only after you press “Accept”. Declining is just as easy as accepting.
A cookie is a small piece of data that a website stores in your browser so it can recognize you next time. Other types of browser storage and advertising pixels work in a similar way. In this policy, “cookies” means all of these.
Only strictly necessary cookies are set right away. Everything else — advertising — waits until you press “Accept” in the banner at the bottom of the screen.
Until you choose, nothing else is set. Declining does not affect how the site works: lessons, logging in and the chat work exactly the same.
The banner has two equally prominent buttons — “Accept” and “Decline”. You can change your mind at any time: delete this site’s cookies in your browser settings, and we will ask you again.
| What for | What it remembers | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Logging in | that you logged in with the link from your email, so you do not need the link every time | 45 days, or until you log out |
| Your cookie choice | that you have already made your choice in the cookie banner | 12 months |
| Form protection | a short code that helps prevent forged form submissions | until you close the tab |
Your lesson progress and voice recordings are stored in your phone’s own memory, not in cookies.
We count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server. It stores nothing in your browser, does not recognize you and sends no data to anyone else: all we see is how many people opened a page and where they came from. Counting visits this way does not require consent under the law.
| Name | Set by | What for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta | to see which Instagram video brought a visitor to the site, and to show ads to people who have left it | up to 3 months |
| _fbc | Meta | to remember which ad brought you here | up to 3 months |
If you press “Decline”, these cookies are not set and the Meta pixel is not loaded on the page at all.
Every browser lets you delete a site’s cookies and block new ones, usually under Settings → Privacy. If you delete the cookie that stores your choice, we will ask you again.
If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in to the trainer — there will be no way to recognize you.
What we collect besides cookies, how long we keep it and what rights you have: see the Privacy Policy.
