How we talk to each other on Telegram. Updated November 1, 2026.
This is a place to speak and understand each other. Mistakes are normal. Making fun of how someone speaks is not allowed.
Every day, we post one topic. Ask two questions about it in voice messages and answer two questions from other learners. To qualify for our guarantee, do this on at least 25 of the 30 days. A tutor corrects you along the way.
Everyone gets the same topic that day, whichever lesson you’re on, so you can jump in at any point.
To answer someone, tap Reply on their voice message. That’s how we count your answers.
The first time, you get a private warning.
The second time, we close everything: we remove you from the group and close your access to the lessons, with no refund.
We close your access right away, with no warning, for insults and bullying, for sharing someone else’s voice recordings, and for any conversation about politics, religion, war, or cruelty to animals.
The group is private: the only way in is the link you get after you pay. But inside, every member can see your profile and your messages.
Telegram is a separate company with its own rules. We can’t stop a member from taking a screenshot. So don’t say anything in the group you wouldn’t say in front of strangers.
Every day, during business hours. At night and on weekends, we may be slower to reply — that’s normal, and you’ll always get an answer.
Keep personal questions about payment, access, and refunds out of the group. Email help@speak-and-learn.com or message our support bot @speaklearn_help_bot — a real person answers there too, usually faster.
When your access ends, the lessons close, and we remove you from the group that same day.
